Mark Molinos, Virna Narita and Philip Anthony Freed represent the “Best of the Best” from the Pacific Region. Our teams continue to provide amazing customer experiences for our service members, retirees and their families. Motor Vehicle Operator, Andersen Main Store

Mark has always been an exceptional employee but a recent event demonstrated his character. Sadly, his father passed away recently, and Mark surprisingly showed up to work the next day. He said that his father would want him to continue working and that it also helped keep his mind off the recent tragedy. As an active Soldier in the Guam Army National Guard, he embodies the true meaning of “family serving family.” He comes to work with a proactive attitude and due to his efforts, we have reduced container detention fees significantly for the main store. For 2025 YTD, the main store reduced container detention fees by 93% ($220CY vs $3,188LY). Andersen Exchange is proud to have him as a part of our team.
