Angela takes ownership of her food concept and provides consistent leadership to her team. She and her team have maintained a 103% on all Qdoba brand inspections in 2025. Angela is well-versed in food operations and is a constant supporter to the entire food court team. Her efforts recently allowed her to attend the Qdoba Conference in Phoenix, Angela and her team strive for great customer service which has led to Qdoba YTD sales of $506,000 and 8% above annual financial plan with net earnings of $40,000 and 200% above annual financial plan.

Calie Slusser exemplifies leadership, dedication and excellence in managing the Fort Sill Unit Photo team. Her office plays a vital role in capturing the journey of new recruits — from their first formation to graduation — documenting every milestone of their eight-week training cycle. Calie and her team often join recruits during early morning PT sessions, on road marches, at the shooting range, and even in the gas chamber, ensuring that every significant moment is preserved with care and professionalism. Beyond her team’s outstanding commitment to service members, Calie’s leadership has driven remarkable business results: Year-to-date sales are up $1.4 million above last year, a 110% increase, and income has grown by $785,000, representing an 88% improvement. Her unwavering respect for the military community, attention to detail and commitment to excellence make her highly deserving of this recognition.

Aimee is a huge contributor to the Exchange mission at Whiteman AFB. As the Services operations assistant, she has made it her goal to bring in food trucks and fill the Exchange mall with new and exciting vendors to improve the quality of life for our working community. She goes above and beyond to work with the main Exchange to plan concessionaire events to make a bigger impact for the whole Exchange. Her efforts have increased short-term commodities sales by 83%. Aimee Demelo is a role model, she takes care of the mission, she envisions a bright future for the Exchange and she continues to support our core values!
