Mario always goes the extra mile to ensure customers understand the program, purchase what they want when they need it, and he makes sure all his customers leave with an excellent customer experience. A retired Army recruitment specialist and a valued associate for two years, James brings his unmatched confidence, credibility and recruiting experience directly to the sales floor. He fearlessly and proudly educates customers on the benefits of the MILITARY STAR program, connecting with them in a way that is both genuine and impactful.  Over the past two months alone, James has gone above and beyond by organizing and leading three successful tabling events at the Express. Through his tireless efforts, he generated 24 newly approved MILITARY STAR applications, resulting in $2,400 in increased revenue for the facility. James attributes his success to a simple but powerful approach: being open, starting conversations and clearly explaining how the MILITARY STAR card is an excellent tool for young Soldiers to build and strengthen their credit.
