Dianne King-Carby
Customer Service Associate, Military Clothing Store
Fort Stewart

If we were asked what “Family Serving Family” is all about, our answer would be Dianne King-Carby! She is always the first to greet our customers with a warm hello, offering help if they need assistance, and the last to wish them a great day and invite them to shop with us again. Dianne Military Clothing’s knowledge is impressive. She will explain the codes on the patch packaging are to make it easier for our Soldiers to understand. Doing so ensures the customer that they are purchasing the correct patches for their uniform. Dianne makes the Stewart Military Clothing Store home to our Soldiers. Not only is she efficient with her work, she’s also consistent with each customer. She’ll ask every customer, “Will you be earning reward points today?” This consistency has contributed to our MILITARY STAR sales of $93,000+ current fiscal year compared with $83,000 previous year and we are still rising. All of Dianne’s excellence and proficiency at work has all the hallmarks and the authenticity of what an Exchange associate is. Thank you, Ms. Dianne, we love you the best!
