Cynthia Martinez
Customer Experience Associate, Zama Main Store
Camp Zama Exchange
Cynthia exemplified “family serving family” through her actions and commitment to a customer. She received a positive customer comment: A newly PCSd private first class came into the main store with his NCO. He was distraught because his pregnant wife, who was still in CONUS, could not contact their military healthcare provider. Getting through to the number was proving difficult from OCONUS for the Soldier and his NCO. Cynthia researched the numbers and was able to connect to them. The PFC was extremely grateful to be able to receive care for his wife!

Chon, Pyong-chol
Mobile Sales Associate, Osan Mobile Food Truck
USAG Humphreys/Osan Exchange
Mr. Chon is an essential member of the Osan food team who consistently supports customers working outdoors in the field and at remote locations where timely access to meals is limited. Through his dedicated work with the Mobile Food Truck, he responds promptly to service requests and ensures our Soldiers are fed in all conditions—rain, cold or challenging environments. His outstanding dedication and customer-focused service have directly contributed to strong performance, with Mobile Food Truck sales 23.6% above AFP year-to-date and 62% higher than in December 2024. Mr. Chon has built trusted relationships with Air Force personnel, earning their appreciation and loyalty. Mr. Chon truly embodies the Exchange motto, “We Go Where You Go,” and exemplifies commitment, reliability and excellence in service.
