Alex Turner head shot

Alex Turner
Food Service Worker, Subway Express Martin Road
Redstone Arsenal

Alex has been a wonderful teammate during periods of staffing shortages. She has stepped up to do her best with not only the staff but customers. If there’s ever a day that she is asked to extend her schedule, she’s always willing to stay and help the store. She’s always managing to keep a smile on her face when interacting with customers and tries her best to provide a warm and welcoming environment, easing the struggles of the day with jokes to lighten the mood with staff and our customers. Because of her contributions, this has allowed the facility to increase its sales by 5.5% above prior year. Alex works to ensure that prep is done for the day and even for the following day, and that initiative goes a long way when it comes to the facility maintaining operations. Alex is truly an asset to the entire team and very deserving of this recognition.
