Here is a recent comment  written by a customer describing how Monica went above and beyond to assist her:  “I wanted to take a moment to recognize Monica Owens in [Military] Clothing & Sales for her exceptional knowledge, work and patience on Friday, December 5, 2025. My son and I came in to purchase the necessary medals for my father’s uniform for his burial. My dad served 35 long honorable years. I brought his DD 214 in and I knew we had a challenge ahead of us. Monica went above and beyond to find each medal needed and double-check my dad’s DD214 to verify the medals were correct. Along the way, she shared knowledge with my son so that he would understand the meaning behind his grandfather’s medals. Monica’s dedication and understanding of the importance to us truly reflects her amazing value and commitment to her job and serving customers. We are very thankful to Monica and the staff at Clothing and Sales.”
