Neil Porras
Concession Owner, Suite Dreamz Tattoo Studio
Hawaii Exchange
Mr. Neil Porras, owner of Suite Dreamz Tattoo, has demonstrated exceptional dedication and commitment since opening his tattoo studio at Hickam AFB in March 2025. From the outset of our partnership, Neil has consistently gone above and beyond to support his clients and uphold the highest standards of professionalism, craftsmanship and customer care. Most recently, Neil exemplified extraordinary commitment and compassion during an incident involving a service member visiting Hawaii. The service member entrusted Neil with a tattoo, and Neil was determined to ensure the client received a completed piece of the highest quality. During the tattooing process, Neil unexpectedly became ill and required transportation by ambulance for medical attention. Despite experiencing a personal health emergency, Neil remained deeply concerned about his client’s experience and refused to allow the service member to depart with an unfinished tattoo. True to his word, Neil returned the following day to complete the work, ensuring the client left fully satisfied. Neil’s actions are a powerful reflection of his professionalism, integrity and genuine care for his clients and the community he serves. We are proud to have him as a partner and sincerely recognize his outstanding dedication and contributions.
