Through her diligence and consistent effort, Hunt Brothers Pizza sales have increased year‑to‑date by $42,835, representing an impressive 18.9% growth. Working closely with management, she plays an integral role in ensuring the facility’s restaurant program maintains its high standards and remains free of findings. Kimberly embodies a customer‑first mindset, consistently delivering exemplary service to all customers daily. Her reliability, strong attention to detail, and efficient work ethic distinguish her as a standout associate and an asset to the organization.

Jeremy Valdez is an exemplary stocker at the Fort Sill Main Exchange. In just two years with the Exchange, he has demonstrated exceptional dedication and work ethic, consistently arriving early in the morning to unload trucks and ensure merchandise reaches the sales floor quickly and efficiently. His departments are always well-stocked, neatly organized, clean and properly priced, which directly contributes to improved sales (478 Linens and Domestics 6.85% ALY $381,951) and a positive shopping experience for customers. Jeremy’s attention to detail and commitment to excellence mean you rarely see empty spaces in his department, and customers and teammates regularly share compliments about his work. Beyond what he does individually, Jeremy works seamlessly with his teammates and has shown he can excel independently or as part of a team. He listens closely to guidance from supervisors and managers while anticipating the needs of customers and delivering outstanding service. He was an integral part of the SFS team during fourth quarter to keep us on track with the increased number of orders. His professionalism and reliability make him a valued member of the team—so much so that we often wish we could duplicate him and have another just like him.  His work sets a high standard for others to follow, and Jeremy continues to be a wonderful asset to the Fort Sill Main Exchange.

Elle is a one-person powerhouse. She consistently delivers outstanding results while independently managing day-to-day operations. Despite essentially being a one-woman show, she achieved YTD sales of $299,206 or 9% AFP and 10% APY and delivered $63,457 in direct operating results, or 45% AFP & 11% PY. Her productivity of $60,637 vs. $36,434 financial plan significantly exceeds plan and reflects her discipline, efficiency and strong operational control. What makes Elle’s performance even more remarkable is that while fully managing her store, she continues to support the Express daily, stepping in wherever needed to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction across both locations. Her willingness to assist beyond her assigned responsibilities demonstrates true ownership and team-first leadership. Elle consistently goes above and beyond to provide the best customer experience to every customer who walks through the door. Most recently, she received direct customer appreciation for delivering outstanding service during an extremely difficult time in a customer’s life. Her compassion and professionalism reflect the very best of the Exchange mission.  Elle exemplifies resilience, accountability, and service excellence. Her results speak for themselves, but it is her empathic approach and team spirit that truly distinguishes her as deserving of this recognition.
