His individual contribution represents the overwhelming majority of the store’s 390+ total approvals and directly added $32,300 in earnings to the store’s bottom line. This achievement reflects not only his strong customer engagement skills but also his commitment to supporting the financial readiness and benefits available to our military community. His outstanding results make him a highly deserving of this recognition.

Food Service Foreman Ms. Sin, Hye-Won  consistently demonstrates exceptional leadership and positivity despite ongoing staffing challenges. Her energetic presence motivates associates and fosters a welcoming environment that enhances the overall customer experience. As a direct result of her hands-on leadership and customer engagement, February sales were more than $82,570, reflecting a 22% increase over February 2025. Additionally, the average ticket increased from $14.07 to $14.57, a 3.6% growth, demonstrating measurable impact on sales performance. Her dedication and resilience continue to strengthen team morale and contribute to sustained store success.

Kimura-san is a veteran short-term vendor for the Yokota Exchange, selling various imported Asian goods. Kimura-san celebrated 10-years of doing business at Yokota March 7. Kimura-san closely monitors all merchandise and continuously adjusts to customer demands. Their drive for results singlehandedly produced $52,000 in sales and $11,000 in income during FY25, exceeding expectations with an impressive increase of 50% compared with FY24! Kimura-san exemplifies the Exchange’s mission by delivering quality goods to the military community and deserves recognition for their 10-year partnership with the Exchange as we look forward to continuing to grow together.
