Milestones Mean More at the Exchange

In February, service award amounts were increased across all milestones. This is the first adjustment to award values since 2009. Since then, the cost of everyday goods has risen significantlyโ€”about 45%, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics. Updating these award amounts ensures the Exchange reflects todayโ€™s cost of living and recognizes the value of long-term service.
