The Exchange has launched the Frontline Voices Quarterly Survey, a new open forum designed to give active associates and managers on the front lines a direct way to share feedback, insights and ideas with Exchange leadership. The first survey window closes April 1.

Frontline input is especially important because those who serve customers every day see day-to-day friction points, use systems and processes firsthand and can help shape practical solutions that improve the experience for teammates and customers.

What to expect:

  • Quarterly opportunity: Frontline Voices will run every quarter, giving teammates multiple chances throughout the year to share what’s working and what needs attention.
  • More than one idea welcome: Associates can submit more than one piece of feedback or suggestion during the survey period.
  • Confidentiality: Only Store Ops will see individual responses and will handle them with care and confidentiality. However, associates who provide feedback that directly leads to a positive change will have an opportunity to be recognized.

After the April 1 survey window closes, Store Ops will review submissions to identify opportunities to make positive changes across the organization. Leaders plan to select a few ideas that can be implemented and recognize the associates who proposed them.

“We encourage everyone to take a few minutes to share their thoughts, feedback and ideas,” said Exchange Chief Store Communication and Support Manager Tonya Jones. “Your voice and unique perspective matter, and you could be the reason our workforce gets better.”
