Since early February, U.S. Marine Corps trainings have been in full swing. Supervisor Mr. Yi has shown strong dedication in supporting the mission. He has consistently maintained careful attention to product ordering and replenishment, helping ensure shelves are well-stocked and service members are served with care. His efforts have contributed to total sales exceeding 20% increase vs. prior year! Mr. Yi continues to provide excellent customer service supporting Exchange mission through his daily work.

Yasuyuki demonstrated outstanding initiative in managing the short-term vendor program at Camp Zama, enhancing the shopping experience for the military community. Through careful vendor selection and scheduling, his efforts generated $211,000 in sales and $45,000 in income in FY25, representing an impressive 69% increase in sales and 124% growth in income over the previous year. He also strengthened the program by bringing 10 new short-term vendors to the installation—double the number added the prior year—creating greater variety and value for customers. His proactive approach directly contributed to the success and growth of the program. Yasuyuki’s dedication exemplifies the Exchange mission and sets a strong example for the rest of the Services team.
