
Teams worldwide earned the Exchange’s highest honor—the Director/CEO Cup—for driving strong business results and outstanding customer service.
The winners were announced June 28 at the Exchange Managers Conference in Atlanta.
Each region senior vice president nominated one Exchange in each category—small, medium, large and mega—highlighting the stores’ accomplishments and impact in customer experience, leadership, business results, community presence and marketing.
“Congratulations to our winners and runners-up,” said Director/CEO Brad Bingham. “These Exchanges exemplify operational excellence, outstanding performance and a commitment to serving military members and their families, representing the very best of what we stand for.”
The winners and runners-up are:
Small
Winner: Camp Zama Exchange (Pacific Region)
Runner-up: Kuwait/Jordan Consolidated Exchange (Europe/Southwest Asia Region)

Medium
Winner: Korea Northern Exchange (Pacific Region)
Runner-up: USAG Wiesbaden Consolidated Exchange (Europe/Southwest Asia Region)

Large
Winner: EUCOM Consolidated Exchange (Europe Region)
Runner-up: Guam / Saipan Consolidated Exchange (Pacific Region)

Mega
Winner: Grafenwoehr Consolidated Exchange (Europe/Southwest Asia Region)
Runner-up: Fort Bliss Consolidated Exchange (Western Region)

Winning stores received a prize of $1,500 to $5,000, depending on the size category. Runners-up received prizes of $750 to $2,500.
