Winners of the President/COO X Award were announced at the Exchange Managers Conference in Atlanta. One Exchange in each size category (small, medium, large and mega) earned the award based on criteria including earnings, MILITARY STAR® usage and gross margin return on investment.

Small: Incirlik Air Base Exchange (Europe/Southwest Asia Region)
Medium: Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam Exchange (Pacific Region)
Large: MacDill AFB Exchange (Eastern Region)
Mega: Fort Hood Exchange (Central Region)
