From the Managers Conference: Service eLITe Champion, U-ROC Award Winners

The Services, Food & Fuel Directorate (SFD) announced the winners of its Service eLITe Champion Awards and Ultimate Restaurant Operation Champion (U-ROC) Awards at the 2026 Exchange Managers Conference in Atlanta.

Service eLITe Champion Award

The Service eLite Champion Award recognizes achievements in Services Operation, which covers Telecom, Health & Wellness, Vending, Unattended Retail Units, Commodities and Personal Services. The award honors one Exchange in each size category that showed strong growth, financial results and community engagement during FY 2025.

Small: Selfridge Exchange (Central Region)
Medium: Yokota Air Base/Camp Fuji Exchange (Pacific Region)
Large: Eastern Region – Joint Base Andrews/Anacostia Bolling Exchange (Eastern Region)
Mega: Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB/Randolph AFB Exchange (Central Region)

Ultimate Restaurant Operation Champion (U-ROC) Award

The Ultimate Restaurant Operations Champion (U-ROC) Award honors outstanding food operators who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Mega: Fort Hood Exchange (Central Region)
