
The Services, Food & Fuel Directorate (SFD) announced the winners of its Service eLITe Champion Awards and Ultimate Restaurant Operation Champion (U-ROC) Awards at the 2026 Exchange Managers Conference in Atlanta.

Service eLITe Champion Award
The Service eLite Champion Award recognizes achievements in Services Operation, which covers Telecom, Health & Wellness, Vending, Unattended Retail Units, Commodities and Personal Services. The award honors one Exchange in each size category that showed strong growth, financial results and community engagement during FY 2025.
Small: Selfridge Exchange (Central Region)
Medium: Yokota Air Base/Camp Fuji Exchange (Pacific Region)
Large: Eastern Region – Joint Base Andrews/Anacostia Bolling Exchange (Eastern Region)
Mega: Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland AFB/Randolph AFB Exchange (Central Region)

Ultimate Restaurant Operation Champion (U-ROC) Award
The Ultimate Restaurant Operations Champion (U-ROC) Award honors outstanding food operators who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer experiences every day. Guided by the inspiring theme, “We Love to Serve Greatness,” food service teammates are encouraged to strive for excellence in everything they do, from food preparation to customer service, with the goal of always serving greatness. Each year, one Exchange from each size category is recognized as the best of the best in global Exchange food operations. These top performers consistently uphold brand standards, exceed financial goals, and fulfill all training requirements.
Small: Camp Zama Exchange (Pacific Region)
Medium: Barksdale Air Force Base Exchange (Central Region)
Large: UK East Consolidated Exchange (Europe/Southwest Asia Region)
Mega: Fort Hood Exchange (Central Region)
