Fort Bragg Exchange
The Fort Bragg Exchange collaborates every year with the installation for the 4th of July festival. Attendance for that event is usually in the thousands. The Exchange supports this event with ice sales on the field. Monroe took charge of the ice for the event from start to finish. He accomplished the filling of hundreds of bags in just two days. He is an outstanding warehouse worker. He always goes above and beyond his duties.

Shaw AFB
Aaliyah has been with the Shaw AFB food court and Subway for 11 years. She is crossed-trained and certified in all name-brand fast-food facilities at Shaw, where she exceeds the best of the best standards during her day-to-day operations. Aaliyah has successfully maintained brand standards and food safety inspections with an impressive score of 100% and maintains a 98% YTD. She has taken financial charge of the facility. Aaliyah and her team are 100% mandatory LEX, Brand and ServSafe certified. Her facility has shown positive financial results with a sales increase of 15.1% over last year and 12.5% above financial plan. She has decreased personnel cost 16.5%, from 53.8% to 42.6%, from last year. Her gross profit is 77.7% YTD, direct operating results before expense-related educations YTD is in double digits, a 17.8% increase. Aaliyah continues to set her standards high and is an asset to Shaw AFB Subway and food court.

John is being recognized for his exceptional support and outstanding contributions to the Services office and the Exchange mission. John’s commitment extends beyond Fort Bragg, as the VM team consistently provides dedicated support to Seymour Johnson AFB, ensuring continuity and excellence across multiple locations. John and the VM team demonstrate remarkable responsiveness and adaptability. They are quick to react to requests, handling image upgrades with efficiency and precision. Even under tight timelines and responding to last-minute requests, they deliver high-quality results without compromising standards, making them a dependable and invaluable partner to the Services team. Their contributions to special events further highlight their professionalism and creativity. During major events such as the recent Hero Con, the VM team played a critical role in ensuring the event’s visual success. Their attention to detail, organization, and ability to execute under pressure significantly enhanced the overall customer experience and event presentation. In addition, John shows exceptional care and respect when supporting retirements, graduations and other significant milestones within the organization. He approaches each project with professionalism and sensitivity, ensuring that every display reflects the importance of the occasion.
