The 2026 Associate Engagement and Job Satisfaction (AEJS) survey will be open from July 28 through Aug. 12.
This annual survey is an important opportunity to make your voice heard. Your candid feedback will help Exchange leaders identify challenges and opportunities that require attention. Your input drives meaningful organizational change, which will lead to improved customer service.
All associates with an AAFES email address will receive a link to the survey Tuesday. In addition, a link and/or QR code will be posted in break rooms to encourage maximum participation.
The AEJS is confidential, with safeguards in place to prevent responses from being linked to individual associates. The survey is designed to give every associate a platform to share honest feedback, regardless of position, location or tenure.
I will review all AEJS responses and results and work with senior leaders to address concerns and opportunities for improvement.
We can’t do this without you. Your feedback is a critical first step in making changes that will strengthen our organization and enhance the support we are honored to provide our military community.
