Open Enrollment begins Nov. 1 and continues through Nov. 30. Associates are strongly encouraged to review their existing benefit elections and decide whether changes are right for them. All elections made will become effective Jan. 1, 2027.
For those who don’t plan to make any changes, no action is required. However, associates who would like to maintain their Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA) are required to enroll each year. You may also be able to increase your life insurance coverage by one level without evidence of insurability.
As the cost of health care continues to increase, this is a great time to consider enrolling in a Health Care FSA. These before-tax contributions can be used to help cover co-pays, prescriptions, over-the-counter medicine and much more. For associates in the U.S. who are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan, an HSA is offered in place of an FSA to help with those expenses.
When you are ready to make your elections, you may do so in eBenefits, which is in Employee Self Service under the Family & Benefits section.
