She takes responsibility for making sure all Snack Avenue items are properly logged into the tablet, helping keep our inventory and records accurate. Her reliability and follow-through allow the team to stay organized and focused. Samantha’s strong work ethic, energy, accountability and commitment make her an asset to our store and the Exchange. Her contribution has a direct effect on our stores’ readiness, customer experience and daily operations.

Flordelyn Birnbeck is the manager of the Langley Panda Express, one of the JB Langley-Eustis Exchange’s valued food concession partners. With more than 10 years of service with Panda Express, including the past three years as manager at Langley, Flordelyn is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience every day. Her focus on creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere, maintaining outstanding speed of service, and ensuring a clean and healthy environment for customers and associates has contributed significantly to the restaurant’s success. Flordelyn’s dedication to operational excellence and attention to detail are evident in the Langley Panda Express consistently receiving an “A” rating during monthly public health inspections. In addition to her responsibilities at Langley, Flordelyn has shared her expertise across four other Exchange locations, assisting with the training and development of new Panda Express associates. Her leadership, knowledge, and commitment to excellence have made a positive impact beyond her home location. Under her leadership, Langley Panda Express continues to thrive, with year-to-date sales currently running 10.8% above last year, reflecting both strong operational performance and outstanding customer satisfaction. Flordelyn’s dedication to customer service, associate development and operational excellence makes her an invaluable partner and leader within the community.
