A URU designated to support the Joint Regional Correctional Facility staff at the Military Correctional Complex is one of four the Exchange opened in May at the installation.

Air Force Junior Reserve Officers’ Training Corps students visited the Yokota bakery, airline catering service, distribution center and more–and learned that the Exchange is more than just a store.

The new location offers more convenience for Soldiers at USAG Humphreys.

The restaurant serves up classic American fare with burgers, fries and milkshakes. This is the second Five Guys the Exchange has opened on a military installation.

The original home of the California National Guard, Camp San Luis Obispo is about 60 miles north of Vandenberg SFB, which oversees its Exchange operations.

The restaurant, which serves pizza, pasta and more, is the latest in a series of improvements at Fort Liberty.

General Manager Thomas “TK” Kuttamperoor and Starbucks Store Manager Karolyn Madera received top corporate awards from Starbucks for their leadership and execution of the Military Family store recognition.

The new location is more convenient than the previous one, which was about a mile away from the BX and Military Clothing store.
