The Hourly Performance Management Program has been implemented, fine-tuned and tested. Now, the HR Directorate wants your feedback on how effective the program has been in delivering on its promises.

The five-minute survey officially opens Oct. 11 and closes Oct. 28.

The project implementation timeline was tight. However, collaborative efforts of focus groups, senior leaders, regional and field staff, along with raters and ratees, made a huge difference in the successful implementation of the project, said Joyce Bowers, Vice President of HR Support.

“Rolling out a project of this magnitude to more than 20,000 associates worldwide, the level of participation throughout the organization has been phenomenal! To improve on the process moving forward, we need to hear from our associates,” Bowers said.

Raters are now using the new program to document associate’s performance, provide ongoing coaching and feedback, as well as differentiate and reward exceptional performance.
