Central Region is proud to recognize Daniel Burnett, Terri Dahl and Allean Jackson for their outstanding contributions to the Exchange.

Daniel Burnett

Daniel is a valued and respected teammate at the Area B Burger King. Since he began leading the kitchen team during breakfast and lunch, we have reduced our speed of service by 1 minute, 14 seconds below last year and our sales have increased by 32% above plan. Daniel is a dedicated worker, always willing to jump in and help with anything, including properly training the crew. He works additional hours whenever asked with no hesitation and takes pride in giving our customers a great experience every time. Daniel has been a loyal associate of the Area B BK team for six years and is also the son of a retired- military father. He is the perfect example of Family Serving Family!

Terri Dahl

Fort Polk Services

Terri is a hard worker with unwavering leadership and support to the Fort Polk and Exchange Mission. She has kept Pizza Hut operations running through the COVID-19 pandemic and had her team provide FREE PIZZA to the Bayne Jones Army Community Hospital for their sacrifices to the Fort Polk community during the peak times of COVID-19. Terri and her team have adapted to the many changes put forth by the installation commander and Exchange requests without disruption of service to our Fort Polk community. She and her team continue to grow the pizza business on Fort Polk. Our North Fort Pizza Hut location AMS $206K and our South Fort Pizza Hut location AMS $181K. Terri exemplifies the true meaning of Family Serving Family by being a team player and always giving service with a smile. The Fort Polk Exchange is proud to have her as part of our concession family and part of the Exchange team.

Allean Jackson

Military Clothing Store Shift Manager

Tinker AFB

Allean has been with the Exchange family for over 32 years. Her dedication and commitment to the mission of serving our Airmen, and all service members she encounters, is a true example of premier customer service. During the month of June, Tinker MCS was challenged with five unit deployments. Allean proactively coordinated merchandise to increase sales. She realized a few key Operational Camouflage Pattern items were not going to arrive in time, she utilized her great partnership within the region and was able to procure the necessary items to meet the mission. Tinkerโ€™s MCS sales results were $153,235 current month vs. $101,386 annual financial plan, which is 51.14% above plan. When you think of service, Allean is truly service before self. Her positive attitude and heart of compassion separate her from the rest.
