Louise Malone

Lakenheath Elementary School
Louiseโs effective leadership skills motivate the elementary school meals team daily, and she has led the team to number one in the UKโs School Meal Program in all financial areas. The elementary school was one of the pickup points for virtual studentsโ meals, serving an average of 1,200 meals a day, which is no small feat. Lakenheath Elementary School has seen an increase of 140% sales YTD with over 70% participation for lunch, and the cafeteria has also seen an increase in YTD direct operating results of 224%. Louise collaborates with school administration on a regular basis, and together they devise useful means of advertising the School Meal Program for the sponsors and their families, whether it be via Facebook or through school newsletters. Her leadership skills are second to none, and we are proud to have her at the UK Exchange.
Benny T. Jacob

Southwest Asia Exchange
Benny has been working with the Exchange for 18 years.ย Accounting is the backbone of the Exchange and we could not have achieved the excellence of operations in an ever-changing and challenging environment without his support. He is the first associate to lead Finance and Accounting in Southwest Asia that has an MPA, and it shows in his attention to details and the depth of knowledge and experience he brings to the table. Under the leadership of Mr. Jacob, our FA team makes sure the accountability of the Exchange in SWA is kept accurate. Ralph routinely goes above and beyond to help the EUCOM Exchange facilities find qualified candidates that bring value to our teams. He works tirelessly to ensure the new hires have a smooth transition during New Hire Orientation and the onboarding process. Ralph is thorough and engages with managers, supervisors and associates at all levels to offer his support with a patient and compassionate demeanor. During an unprecedented global pandemic, he went above and beyond to support the team on a personal level by volunteering to complete the Suicide Prevention/ACE training offered by USAG Stuttgart Army Substance Abuse Program and Resiliency unit. He makes himself available to associates in need without hesitation and demonstrates the Family Serving Family core value in every interaction, reaching out to check on associates who have endured professional and even personal struggles.
