Fort Riley: On Aug. 19, Albert Cardamone was Caught Doing the Right Thing by checking all the shoes that a customer was purchasing to make sure the right sizes and correct shoes were in the boxes. Way to go, Albert! keep up the good work.

Yokota Air Base, Japan: Megumi Yamazaki from Einstein Bagels was Caught Doing The Right Thing by properly putting knives on the knife rack. Thank you, Megumi for being attentive and alert! Grafenwoehr Exchange Grafenwoehr: BIG “Shout Out” to Softline Associate, Dezire Maldonado from ESSA Alix Ellis for her help in the recovery of $749.00 from a shoplifting incident at the Grafenwoehr Main Store.

Fort Bragg: Store Worker Cherecil Gante was Caught Doing The Right Thing by properly following Food Operations and labeling the received merchandise with an expiration date. Great job, Cherecil! Thank you for being safe today and lead the way!

Fort Bragg: Customer Experience Host Teresa Harris was Caught Doing The Right Thing by being observant and stopping the customer who left the store with unpaid merchandise. Way to go Teresa! Thank You for always being vigilant and for protecting our Exchange assets!

Fort Sam Houston: Shout Out to Customer Service Supervisor Valerie Martine-Larios, when notified by LP that a customer’s card was declined at self-checkout, she tracked down the customer in the Food Court and got them to return to the store and complete the transaction avoiding the loss the loss to the Exchange.

Fort Bliss: A Big Shout Out to Shift Manager Aleena Dattner, who was Caught Doing the Right Thing when she was conducting a Surprise Cash Count and Closing Inspection at another facility.

Patrick Space Force Base: A Big Shout Out to Shift Manager Anna Geraneo, who was Caught Doing the Right Thing by placing “wet floor” signs before a rainstorm.

Fort Stewart/Hunter Army Airfield: The Fort Stewart/Hunter Firearms teams, GM Hollie Morales and LPM Rose Gonzales attended the ATF Seminar held Aug. 24 in Savannah, Ga.

Fort Belvoir: Big Shout Out to Customer Service Associate Young Gaines. While checking out a customer, Young inspected a purse and found a wallet valued at $119 hidden inside.

Fort Belvoir: Big Shout Out to Customer Service Associate Mara Lozada and Sales Area Manager Maria Peitras for helping a customer avoid a Western Union scam when he came to the store to wire $1,000 in order to claim a $2 million reward.
