Military connection: Her spouse is a retired Army Veteran

Most memorable Exchange moment: Sasan’s fondest memories come from the flexibility the Exchange offered when her children were young. Being able to attend soccer games and school events gave her a strong work-life balance.

Why she joined the Exchange: Sasan began her career as a local national associate in Germany. After relocating to the U.S. following her marriage, she found limited job options due to unaccepted academic transcripts. The Exchange became the only employer that gave her a real opportunity to build a long-term career.

Why the Exchange is the best place for Veterans or military spouses to work: Sasan said she values the camaraderie and diversity of her team. “It’s like a family working toward the same goal—taking care of our troops. I’ve learned so much about different cultures through my colleagues and the community here.”
