5 Express Stores Honored For Impulse Item Sales

The results are in, and five Express stores from around the world were crowned overall winners in 2024’s Impulse Item of the Month contest.
Throughout fiscal 2024, Express stores worldwide competed in monthly competitions focused on impulse items. Each month featured different items, including candy, meat snacks, sports nutrition products and more. Monthly winners were determined within each region by store size and sales data analysis. Each month, winning stores earned a team celebration.
During the contest, products were steeply discounted to increase foot traffic, lift sales and drive value for military shoppers, said Consumables Vice President Danielle Pelland.
Worldwide winners are:
- Extra-large store: Joint Base Lewis-McChord North Express, Western Region
- Large store: Camp Futenma, Pacific Region
- Medium store: Fort Leavenworth Class Six Express, Central Region
- Small store: Vicenza Del Din Express, Europe Region
- Extra-small store: Camp Santiago, Eastern Region
