Dailene exemplifies the Exchange’s core values through detailed management and outstanding customer service. As a dedicated military spouse, she positively impacts colleagues and customers alike. Her consistent monitoring of expiration dates has improved inventory quality, leading to a 51% GP increase in Dept. 20 despite a 5% sales decline. Her warm and engaging service also drove Dept. 10 sales up by 7.8% and GP by 22%. Most notably, her efforts contributed to a remarkable 128% direct operating profit increase compared with annual financial plan, reflecting her dedication and customer-first mindset. Her commitment continues to enhance financial performance, team morale and the Exchange’s mission.

 Ms. Hannah is a passionate and goal-driven manager dedicated to achieving annual financial plan targets and enhancing community well-being. She sets a high standard of professionalism while cultivating strong relationships with both her team and customers, fostering collaboration and driving results. Sales have increased 2.1% over AFP MTD.  Additionally, the 2024 Pizza Hut assessment received a perfect score of 100%. Ms. Hannah exemplifies outstanding leadership, consistently going above and beyond to drive growth, improve operations and deliver excellence across the board.

Cho, Kwi-ye

Cho, Kwi-ye manages administrative tasks, oversees the taxi drivers’ schedules, conducts onboarding training for newly hired drivers, handles ID management and more recently, has taken on the role of managing lost and found items. When passengers urgently contact us after forgetting their belongings, she goes the extra mile—even after work and late at night—by coordinating with drivers to locate the lost items. Just recently, when two different passengers lost their wallets in the same taxi one after another, she calmly searched the vehicle and successfully recovered both wallets, promptly delivering them to the BX. Her attitude and commitment exemplify the Exchange mission.
