After a short-notice termination from our bakery, Philipp took the initiative and created a new concept called Mac & Crisp, which specializes in mac & cheese bowls, sandwiches and a variety of tasty breakfast options and coffee. In addition, this suite is now able to offer a lunch and dinner menu. In only two months, Philipp’s team renovated and reopened and are now offering our customers another great food option. First month sales were $80,000.
