Jonna Simpson has increased Fort Gordon Military Clothing store sales by 9.7%, or $403,000 over last year. She has increased her direct operating by 30.7%, or $105,000. With the increase in Advanced Individual Training (AIT) Soldiers at Fort Gordon, she and her team have been working hard to outfit them. Jonna continuously works with MD to ensure thgt she can outfit soldiers from all branches of the military. Thank you, Jonna, for your hard work and dedication to our Soldiers and to the Exchange.
Minerva Torres
Concept Manager, Popeyes
Fort Buchanan
Since Minerva Torres reopened the Fort Buchanan Popeyes in August 2024 after it had been closed for more than a year,, the Popeyes has been experiencing increased sales and direct operating profits. Its sales ranking is third among all CONUS Popeyes, while YTD direct operating results have been 52.9% above, and the YTD GP of 71.8% exceeds region goals. In her first major brand assessment, Minerva and her team had an exceptional score of 98.73%, which is 17 points above the Eastern Region average! This is due to the Minerva’s high level of commitment and dedication in ensuring our customers receive the best dining experience and food quality. Minerva has excelled in her capacity as the Fort Buchanan Popeyes manager, leading her team in an exemplary manner. We applaud Minerva for her amazing results!

Manager, T-Shirt Shop
Fort Benning Exchange
Ms. Pellegrini is dedicated to providing excellent customer service. She takes pride in her shop presentation, which is always clean with well-organized displays. She has been a fixture of the Fort Benning concessions mall for nearly 20 years. Because of her commitment to quality customer service, the T-Shirt Shop sales have increased by 126% verses prior year. We thank her for her commitment—she is truly an asset to the Exchange!
