The annual Associate Engagement and Job Satisfaction (AEJS) survey is available July 28 through Aug. 11. I encourage you to respond to the survey. Your input helps ensure an engaging workplace environment, which leads to improved customer experience.

The content of the survey is similar to last year’s. What has changed is how the survey is being disseminated to associates. Associates with email were sent the survey between 6 and 8 a.m. Central on July 28. For those without email, warehouses and the regions are communicating the general link and QR code to their teams via breakroom signs.

The survey is completely confidential. Extra steps have been taken to ensure that no one can connect any associates’ name to a response.

Please take a moment to share your feedback, which will help Exchange leaders learn we are doing right and what we should do differently. Your participation is valued and appreciated.
