Whether he’s maintaining the pristine condition of the lobby and restrooms, ensuring that the drink station is perfectly stocked or making sure the trash is cleared, his work is always impeccable. We especially appreciate him jumping onto the Charleys line to help when things get busy! Justin’s ever-present smile and positive attitude truly elevate the atmosphere. Suchanan is extremely diligent when it comes to caring for the customers. In the almost sevent years she’s worked for Panda, she has always been passionate about her job. She shows extreme joy at being able to provide excellent service to our military heroes and community. She strives to lead by example and motivate her teammates to provide only positive dining experiences. She always greets customers with a smile and provides exemplary customer service. Suchanan’s model attitude has resulted in the Fort Polk Panda’s 2025 sales reaching $1.4 million in sales and $167,000 in income; that is an 8% increase over 2024. Suchanan shines bright and exemplifies what it means to be family serving family.

Wendy has been a fixture of consistency and effort for the WPAFB team and guest for more than 10 years. Wendy is a food expert for us, previously working at our Einstein Bros. Bagels locations and with Burger King before being assigned facility sanager at Starbucks. Wendy took this change without hesitation and with a full-steam-ahead approach and is now completely certified in Starbucks. She leads the team by example and her past experiences are paying off. She has “IT.” The Wright-Pat Starbucks has risen to great heights through adherence to programs, team training and consistency and has one of the highest number of Coffee Master Black Apron associates (seven) in Central Region.
