This week, the senior vice presidents and vice presidents from all regions will come to Dallas headquarters to meet for an annual strategy session to address the Exchange’s direction for 2026.
The intent is to get a jump start on corporate strategies and priorities, as well as find ways to enhance financial performance. During the week, select directorates will update the team on their strategies.
The theme of the week is Next Level Unity—because we are better together.
Most directorates will brief during the week. Topics will include an update on MILITARY STAR expansion; whistleblower protection; best interviewing techniques to discern possible future leaders and more.
Directorate leaders will not only speak about what’s ahead, but also about the successes of fiscal 2025, such as Fort Hood’s participation in a two-week test of the Army’s Flexible Eating & Expanded Dining (FEED) initiative; record-breaking restaurant openings; and continued growth in telecom, self-serve markets and other services.
Region teams are the heartbeat of the Exchange. Store teams connect directly with the heroes who shop our PXs, BXs and Expresses worldwide. But their success depends on strong communication between the region and headquarters teams. We are family serving family, and serving one another is essential to serving those who serve and have served.
