To celebrate these everyday moments of excellence, the Exchange is launching the Cheers to Peers Recognition Program, a new peer-to-peer initiative designed to spotlight the incredible work happening across our teams.
The Cheers to Peers program empowers associates to recognize their peers for outstanding contributions. Whether it’s delivering exceptional customer service, stepping in to support a teammate or consistently demonstrating dedication and professionalism, this program ensures those efforts are seen and celebrated.
Participating in Cheers to Peers is simple and accessible to all associates. Through a quick online nomination form, associates can submit a peer for recognition by sharing a brief story or example of their impact. Selected nominees will be featured on internal social channels, Facebook, Instagram and X. These spotlight features will highlight real stories of service, teamwork and dedication, bringing visibility to the people who make a difference every day.
