Robin Eppens
Inventory Control Associate, Main Store
Selfridge Exchange
Robin Eppens is a highly dedicated associate who has served the Selfridge Exchange for 22 years with consistent professionalism and reliability. As an inventory control associate, she manages all planograms (POGs) throughout the main store, oversees negative on-hand reporting and supports a wide range of operational needs critical to store performance. Robin is known for always stepping in where needed, regularly assisting with stocking during staffing shortages or periods of high inventory, without hesitation. She works closely with the warehouse and sales floor teams, providing support wherever it is needed and maintaining a positive, team-first attitude. Most recently, during the store’s category realignment, Robin played a crucial leadership role in ensuring the project’s success. She effectively acted as a team lead, directing associates, coordinating department moves, resetting POGs and preparing areas for fixture installation. Her ability to organize work, guide others, and keep timelines on track was essential to keeping the project moving forward. Robin’s versatility, experience and willingness to take on any challenge make her an invaluable member of the Selfridge Exchange team.

Thelma Beasley

Little Rock AFB
Thelma makes outstanding contributions to the Little Rock Exchange Class Six Express. She has demonstrated exceptional ownership, initiative and teamwork across every department she supports. Through her diligence and attention to detail, Thelma has saved the facility almost $2,000 in damages and mispicks—an impact that directly strengthens our operational efficiency. Thelma consistently takes full responsibility for her areas of receiving and write‑offs, ensuring accuracy, accountability and smooth workflow. Her positive attitude toward customers and co‑workers sets the tone for a collaborative and productive environment. She is dependable, proactive and always willing to step in wherever she’s needed. Thelma is a true asset to the team.

Angela Halstead
Customer Experience Associate, Military Clothing Store

Angela is approaching her 20th year with the Exchange. Throughout her tenure, she has exemplified unwavering dedication, resilience and strength in the face of tremendous personal and professional challenges. Her ability to persevere with grace and positivity is truly inspiring to everyone around her. Angela consistently delivers outstanding service and embodies the very best of what the Exchange represents. Her commitment to excellence, genuine care for others and deep understanding of the unique wants and needs of our military service members set her apart as an exceptional associate. Angela’s efforts have assisted in the Fort Polk Military Clothing store achieving a 26% or $178,000 sales increase YTD and 24% or $22,000 earnings increase over PY. She has become a trusted resource, mentor and advocate for customers and teammates alike. For nearly two decades, Angela has made a lasting impact through her professionalism, compassion and steadfast support of our military community. Her contributions have not only strengthened the team but have also touched the lives of the countless Soldiers and families she serves every day. Angela is the definition of dedication and deserves this celebration of her remarkable service and enduring legacy.
