Year-to-date, Vista Optical has achieved $736,174 in sales, reflecting Ms. Rodriguez’s strong operational leadership and customer-focused approach. She consistently ensures that service members, families, retirees and the installation community receive high-quality optical services in a professional and welcoming environment. Ms. Rodriguez demonstrates a clear understanding of the Exchange mission and applies it daily through collaboration and support of fellow vendor partners. Notably, she works closely with the Sunglass Hut team by referring customers to best meet their needs, enhancing the overall customer experience and strengthening service across the Exchange. Her commitment to excellence, teamwork and mission support makes Ms. Rodriguez a standout leader. She truly embodies what it means to “Stay Lit,” setting a high standard for engagement and community impact.

Scott Grace epitomizes the phrase “Family Serving Family” after dedicating 23 years to the United States Air Force. His ability to effortlessly connect with customers is unparalleled. Regardless of whether a customer is purchasing the most expensive firearm or the least expensive, his consistency in customer service remains unwavering, which is highly valued by customers. Scott has been appointed as the Mountain Home’s new MILITARY STAR Ambassador.

Ms. Janelle Patino demonstrates her outstanding support and dedication at the Kirtland food court Subway. Janelle consistently goes above and beyond her duties as a food service worker. She willingly comes in early and stays late when needed, always demonstrating reliability and teamwork. Janelle takes great pride in her work, and it clearly shows in her performance and the exceptional customer service she provides each day. With Janelle present, Subway has achieved outstanding REV (Restaurant Excellence Visit) inspection scores of 97%, 100% and 100%. She demonstrates exceptional work habits, consistent attention to detail and a positive attitude. Janelle completes tasks efficiently, cooperates fully with her team and provides positive reinforcement that supports our shared goals of meeting brand standards and delivering GREAT customer service.
