Lorenzo takes initiative with any minor repair or maintenance issue, saving the facility time and unnecessary costs. He assists with repairs throughout the building and steps in immediately whenever unexpected issues arise. His commitment to keeping the dining room running smoothly is exceptional. He always maintains a positive attitude and ensures that our dining room remains clean and welcoming for our customers. In addition, Lorenzo handles all deliveries with great care, making sure items are properly stored and rotated according to FIFO (First In, First Out) standards.

Lorena has successfully opened three new MILITARY STAR accounts this year by actively promoting the card in the jewelry department. In addition, her efforts have contributed to a nearly 500% increase in jewelry, watch and sunglasses Exchange Protection Plans compared with last year.
