Her contribution translates to HBC sales of $527,000 for June, with a $96,000 increase vs. last year, and YTD sales of $2.6 million vs. $2.5 million last year, with an increase of $140K. Bermar is frequently selected to onboard and train new associates because of her extensive knowledge, welcoming demeanor and ability to effectively communicate and instill essential job skills. She consistently delivers exceptional customer service and serves as a positive role model through her teamwork, professionalism, and willingness to support others. Her contributions have had a significant impact on our store’s success!
