Angela Gilardin serves more than just a cup of morning coffee. As an Army brat, she takes pride in knowing that her brief interactions, along with the coffee, help strengthen the Exchange’s relevancy in the community while also allowing her to serve those who serve. Angela’s passion and drive for business leave a lasting impression with our Warfighters and those who work alongside her. As a supervisor, she develops associates, steps in to support roles and is always making sure everyone feels seen and heard. Angela has become a staple in many customers’ daily routines, so much so that the coffee sometimes feels like an afterthought. Angela’s efforts to keep the team focused and calm during peak times have helped contribute over $132,000 to the bottom line as well as keeping thousands of customers caffeinated. Nellis is grateful and proud to have her on the team!

Andy’s dedication, professionalism and commitment to excellence make him truly deserving of this recognition.
