Misael has demonstrated outstanding performance in his role by providing critical support to stores across the Fort Stewart Consolidated Exchange, ensuring that maintenance and operational issues are identified, communicated and resolved in a timely manner. He consistently serves as a reliable point of contact, coordinating with multiple teams, following up on repairs and service requests, and maintaining clear communication to minimize disruptions to store operations. His dedication, responsiveness and commitment to supporting the Exchange’s needs have made a significant positive impact and warrant strong recognition. The Eglin AFB Exchange notes that Misael has been TDY to Eglin many times to assist with larger projects, and he hits the ground running, sometimes working extra long hours after traveling to ensure the projects are not delayed. He is professional, personable and gets along with everyone

Ms. Fuentes McVey consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and commitment to the success of the Gordon Services. As the services operations assistant, she plays a critical role in managing the financial and services aspects of the business, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. When a co-worker was unexpectedly out of the office, she immediately stepped in and assumed additional food truck and vending duties to ensure that our Soldiers experience no disruption to Services operations. Her willingness to take on extra responsibilities while maintaining her own workload exemplifies her strong work ethic and commitment to the Services team. Julie has built outstanding relationships with our vendors through her professionalism and collaborative approach. These strong partnerships contribute significantly to the business operations and reflect her ability to positively represent the Exchange. She is known throughout the Exchange as someone who is always willing to share her knowledge and support others whenever needed. For her exceptional performance, dedication to the mission, and support of her teammates and customers, Julie Fuentes McVey is highly deserving of COO Call Out recognition.
