The Army’s Flexible Eating & Expanded Program (FEED) launched Aug. 3, allowing Soldiers to use their daily meal entitlement for select meals at approved Exchange name-brand restaurants.

Exchange Director/CEO Tom Shull said that “It’s deeply humbling” to be the first recipient of the Oklahoma Military Order of the Purple Heart’s Tom Shull Legacy Award, adding, “This recognition is not about one individual.”

The first clinics are scheduled to open in fall 2026 at Camp Foster in Okinawa and USAG Humphreys in South Korea.
