Nestled amid the serene landscapes of the Balkans, Camp Bondsteel has stood as a symbol of resilience and commitment, providing crucial support to the NATO-led Kosovo Force (KFOR) mission.
As the region’s commander, Lacroix is responsible for about 4,300 associates in more than 25 countries across three continents and 1,400 facilities, which support half a million customers.
Though only with the Exchange since 2023, he has served as a key liaison between Exchange leadership and local commands, a role he quickly immersed himself in.
Deployed troops at two pivotal NATO military installations were treated to an exclusive preview of the latest installment in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ahead of its U.S. release.
The Exchange’s newest quick-serve restaurant has been opening at Expresses across Europe, where customer response has been strong to the latest tastes of home.
The chief of the Exchange’s German & International Law Branch came to the Exchange in 1988 and will retire at the end of July.
The Europe visit also included the retirement ceremony for COL Donnie “Don” Nowlin, the Exchange’s Europe/Southwest Asia/Africa commander.
