Not only do the Dyess Air Force Base associates have a combined 51 years of Exchange experience, their son works for the Exchange and a daughter and a son-in-law worked for the organization.
During his 33-year Exchange career, the Army Veteran has risen from janitor to Express store manager. “Most organizations don’t give you that kind of opportunity,” he says.
The childrenswear buyer has been with the Exchange for three years–but many of her Merchandising teammates met her well before that when her mom, a 40-year-associate, would bring her to work.
