The report was compiled after collecting information from Disaster Support Group (DSG) meetings, the COVID-19 portal, surveys and panel discussions with directorate leaders.
Managers, supervisors and associates, regardless of where they work at the Exchange, must review and update key information on Employee Self-Service.
Although completing the survey isnโt mandatory, it offers a way to be heard and have the IG bring concerns, suggestions or good news stories to top Exchange managers. ย
The IG office helps make the Exchange a better place to work and improve the Soldiers, Airmen and familiesโ quality of lives through goods and services. ย
Handling complaints quickly and fully is a great opportunity to enhance relationships with customers and build loyalty, too.
