Two seasoned managers at HQ in Dallas have been promoted to senior positions over departments critical to the Exchange’s online and overall financial success.
Director/CEO Tom Shull named Michael “Mickey” Bradford to senior vice president, Omni Channel, and Karen Cardin to senior vice president, E-Commerce.
A 26-year Exchange veteran, Bradford was vice president and chief technology officer. In his career, he has served as vice president of infrastructure technology, application management and enterprise computer operations.
Cardin replaces John Engroff, who retired in December. During her 24 years at the Exchange, she has served as vice president of merchandising, E-commerce operations, hardlines, and specialty/store consumables.
“These are challenging times for retailers, especially military retailers,” Shull said, in making the announcements. “There are also many opportunities, in which the Omni Channel and E-Commerce teams play a major role as the Exchange charts our course into the future. During the past three years, I have witnessed Mickey and Karen in action, and I am confident they are the right people to lead their teams into the future.”
