From the MSM/GM Conference: Exchange Director/CEO Tom Shull Surprises 14 Associates With Coins

In a surprise presentation, Exchange Director/CEO Tom Shull honored 14 associates with his Director/CEO challenge coin during the opening session of the MSM/GM Conference.

“These stellar teammates have been my mentors,” said Shull. “Over the last 10 years, each has played a significant role in teaching me what it truly means to serve those who serve.”

The leaders Shull recognized included two regional vice presidents and 12 general managers and main store managers:
