The number of Exchange quick-serve programs (QSPs) at Tinker AFB continues to grow with the recent grand opening of Hunt Brothers Pizza and Eddie Pepperโ€™s Tacos 2 Go at the Patrol Road Express.

The new QSPs were unveiled May 30 as part of a $1.9 million renovation. The Express received several aesthetic upgrades including new lighting, concrete flooring, updated restrooms and new paint.

โ€œTo get to the main store and Arnold Road Express from the Patrol Road area of base would take shoppers 10 minutes or more,โ€ said Tinker AFB Exchange General Manager Charles Eaves. โ€œThis was a challenge for our customers who want to shop and eat during a timed lunch break. Having Hunt Brothers Pizza and Eddie Pepperโ€™s in the Patrol Road Express is another way the Exchange is providing convenience and more value to the Tinker community.โ€

Express dining options were expanded to include: an additional roller grill for hot dogs and Tornados at Snack Avenue; an open-air cooler for salads, yogurt and other BE FIT 360 items; and a new coffee bar with fresh, ground beans in a variety of flavorsโ€”all available for delivery through DoorDash.
