Tyndall Air Force Base Cuts Ribbon on Exchange’s First Hot Head Burritos Location

A new restaurant partner joined the Exchange as Tyndall Air Force Base welcomed the first Hot Head Burritos on Aug. 3.

Services Operator Tracy Clark, Hot Head Burritos Owner Zachery Ketring, 325th Mission Support Group Deputy Director Colleen Duffy, Service Business Manager Melissa Allen, Hot Head Burritos Manager Cheyenne Roberts and Hot Head Burritos Assistant Manager Donna Erickson cut the ribbon at the main BX food court, and the first 50 attendees received half-off coupons.

“Tyndall Air Force Base is thrilled to welcome a new restaurant to the Exchange,” said Tyndall BX General Manager Sheila Clark. “We are committed to offering the best to our Airmen and their families. Hot Head Burritos will be a valuable partner and popular option here at the Exchange.”

Founded in 2007, Hot Head Burritos has 81 locations in eight states and offers burritos, bowls, tacos, quesadillas and nachos. The Tyndall BX location is the first on a military installation.

Hot Head Burritos is open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturdays. Breakfast is available from 9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. daily.
