The Corporate Communication and Brand Marketing team is celebrating 28 local social media administrators from all five regions who kept their local Exchange feeds fresh, engaging and scroll‑stopping all year long.

“The Social Media Recognition Program was created to encourage engagement, creativity and impactful storytelling that supports the Exchange mission,” said Sandi Lute, senior vice president, brand marketing. “Given the tremendous feedback we’ve received about the program from participants, we’re excited to continue recognizing associates serving as social media administrators.”

The local social media program is robust, representing 149 locations with a combined 227 Facebook and Instagram accounts. The recognition program highlights top‑performing accounts, showcases standout pages on the Exchange’s social media portal and gives high‑engagement content its moment in the spotlight.

Social media administrators are nominated by their general managers, ensuring the position is held by an associate who knows the community firsthand.

“The social media aspect is one of my favorite parts of my job,” KMC Ramstein Services Business Tech Anjyla Krzynowek. “I truly appreciate the support from the HQ social media team.”

The program encourages local social media administrators to stay active, foster engagement and grow their accounts by recognizing strong performance and sharing proven social media practices across the administrator community. Through friendly competition, the program demonstrates how associates’ efforts and ideas directly contribute to the Exchange’s success through content tailored to their community’s shoppers.

In 2025, the local Facebook and Instagram accounts reached a total of 42.645 million users, and the posts generated more than 3.3 million engagements, including likes, shares and comments.

This year’s inaugural winners earned their place through strong engagement and were awarded a Certificate of Excellence and a $100 Exchange gift card—a well‑deserved shout‑out for keeping their communities engaged.

“This is a team effort,” said Fort Hood Exchange Visual Merchandiser Manager Lizandra Santana Rivera. “I couldn’t have done it without my amazing visual merchandisers and the great ideas along with the feedback I receive from each store.”
