Rexhep Vladi has been a customer experience associate for more than 25 years. He has demonstrated efficiency and organization in managing the food section. He makes every effort to ensure that his food departments are well-stocked, clean and organized. Rexhep commits to providing great customer service to all internal and external customers. He shows skills, knowledge and leadership in overseeing the food safety activities. He also constantly supports the rodeo missions in Krivolak Training Areain North Macedonia and Camp; Nothing Hill in Kosovo.

Martina has dedicated 15 years of service to the Grafenwoehr Exchange team. Her commitment is instrumental to the overall success of the Rose Barracks Popeyes. In FY25, the Rose Barracks Popeyes put a whopping 19.28% in the bank while holding the No. 1 spot in productivity in Europe. She is fully dedicated to the Exchange mission and her role as a food service foreman. She also took part in every REV of FY25, holding a Diamond Level Store 3 times in a row with an average REV score of 96%.

John Rohit

Many customers describe John as “the absolute best employee I’ve met.” Between his ability to memorize customers’ coffee orders and his welcoming spirit, his customer service is second to none. One customer comment said, “without John, a cup of Green Bean would just be another cup of coffee, but with John around, it’s a reminder of friends and family with every sip.” During Operation Epic Fury, Beans was one of the facilities that reopened for a short window to serve our America’s Warfighters. In just two hours, John and his team provided coffee to nearly 700 customers—a testament to his dedication and commitment to service under pressure. He exemplifies what it means to lead with heart, and his impact on the community is felt in every cup he serves.
